1. How do I order?

2. Do you take orders from other countries?
Orders for non-European countries are not taken in our online shop. You will need to call the office so that we can advise on shipping costs. Call us on 01526 344971.

3. How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept cheques made out to Pioneer Trading Company.

4. How much is delivery and how long is delivery time?
Prices do not include delivery. Delivery charges are worked out as you place your order. We process your order right away and you will normally receive your order within 5 workings days. International orders are generally received in less than 14 days. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
